T1 relaxometry has been developed

The scientific focus of the first three months of the project was mainly on the development of relaxometry update of the commercial confocal Raman microscope. The main hardware changes included addition of acousto-optic modulator for laser pulsing, single-photon photodiode, counter and delay generator, plus additional optics and optomechanics. The hardware-controlling software was developed in LabView. The relaxometry measurement is now functional, but there are still some upgrades to the software planned to allow more complex sequences and more user-friendly experience.
